Qubool Hai provides matrimonial matchmaking services including profile verification, documentation review, and family coordination. All registration fees and service charges paid for our services are non-refundable once the registration process has started.
By registering with Qubool Hai, users agree that the fees paid are for the processing and matchmaking services provided by our team and cannot be refunded due to personal reasons, change of decision, or non-participation.
Any exceptional refund request will be reviewed individually at the sole discretion of Qubool Hai.
Eligible Refund
Qubool Hai follows a No Refund Policy for registration fees and service charges once the matchmaking process has been initiated.
Refunds are generally not applicable after payment confirmation. However, in rare cases where Qubool Hai is unable to provide the agreed service due to an error or issue from our side, the request may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Any approved refund, if applicable, will be processed after verification and according to the decision of Qubool Hai management.
Non-Refundable Services

- Profile verification and documentation review services
- Matchmaking assistance and profile evaluation services
- Family coordination and communication support
- Any service initiated after successful payment confirmation
- Any fees paid after acceptance of Qubool Hai terms and conditions
Once these services have been started, the amount paid cannot be refunded due to personal reasons, change of decision, delay in response, or non-participation by the user.
Project Cancellation
Users may request cancellation of their registration or matchmaking service at any time. However, once the registration process has been completed and services have been initiated, the fees paid to Qubool Hai will not be refundable.
Qubool Hai reserves the right to cancel or suspend any profile or service if incorrect information, incomplete documents, misuse of services, or violation of terms and conditions is found.
Cancellation of services does not create any entitlement for a refund unless specifically approved by Qubool Hai management under exceptional circumstances.
Refund Process
